Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services sold through Cheappper.com. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms override any previous agreements, general conditions, or customer-specific terms.

We request all customers to carefully read these Terms & Conditions before making a purchase, as they are designed to maintain transparency, trust, and a smooth relationship between us and our customers.

Please note: Cheappper.com is not the official distributor or authorized seller of most products. We purchase products from official distributors and resell them to make them available to customers at cheaper prices.


1. Warranty Policy

  • Each product may come with its own warranty and rules, which will be clearly mentioned before purchase or at the time of delivery.

  • If a product includes warranty coverage, we are obligated to provide support or solutions during the mentioned warranty period.

  • Some products may come with no warranty or after-sales support (clearly stated on the product description). In such cases, once delivered, no warranty or support will apply.

  • Warranty is not applicable if the issue arises due to the customer’s mistake or device-related problems.

  • Customers must review and understand each product’s rules before placing an order. After purchase, complaints outside of those rules will not be accepted.

Warranty Support

  • During the warranty period, we provide customer support daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. In some situations, support may be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances.

  • We may also provide remote support via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Google Meet if necessary.

  • As digital subscriptions are time-sensitive, support can take between 1 to 24 hours depending on the situation. Customers must keep this in mind and remain patient during the support process.


2. Delivery Policy

  • As our services are digital, products are usually delivered via Email, Messenger, or WhatsApp.

  • No extra delivery charges apply for digital products. However, if we ever provide physical products, delivery charges may apply.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address (email, messenger ID, or phone number). If an incorrect address is provided, the customer must contact us directly to resolve the issue.

  • Delivery Time: Most products are delivered instantly after payment, but in some cases, it may take 1 to 24 hours. Customers should be aware of the delivery timeframe before placing an order.


3. Order Cancellation & Replacement

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed or delivered.

  • An order may only be canceled if Cheappper.com is unable to deliver the product.

  • If we fail to deliver, customers may choose either:

    • A full refund, or

    • A replacement product of equal value.


4. Refund & Return Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to deliver the product.

  • Refund processing time may take between 24 hours to 7 business days.

  • If you opt for a replacement instead of a refund, you may only select products equal to the original order value.

  • Refunds/returns will not apply to products once successfully delivered and used.


5. Policy Changes

Cheappper.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be applicable immediately upon being published on our website.
