1. Purchase Policy

• All products listed on Cheappper.com are digital. Therefore, you must complete payment before receiving the product.

• If you have any trust issues, please take time to review our website, community, and social media pages before making a purchase.

• In most cases, delivery is instant after payment. However, for some products it may take a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 24 hours.

2. Refund Policy

• No refunds are applicable once an order is confirmed or delivered.

• Refunds will only be applicable if we fail to deliver the product.

• If a refund is approved, it will take a minimum of 24 hours and up to 7 working days to be processed by the system.

• If you face any issues with a product after purchase, we will provide a full warranty (In Sha Allah). However, each product may have a specific warranty period. Once that period expires, the warranty will no longer apply.

• Warranty may also be voided if our delivery rules are violated (for example, policy violations or misuse of the account/product).

• In cases where we cannot provide a replacement product/account under warranty, you will be allowed to choose one alternative product of equal value from our website.

3. Exchange Policy

• We are only obliged to provide an exchange or refund if we are unable to deliver the product.

• Once a product is delivered and used, it cannot be exchanged for another product.

• However, if you mistakenly purchase the wrong product and notify us within 12 hours, we will do our best to consider an exchange request (subject to approval).

• In general, our products rarely have issues, but if any problem arises within the warranty period, we usually provide a solution or replacement.
